My name is Ari Johnson, and I’m the owner of Johnson Elite Window Cleaning LLC. I’m currently a senior at Westford Academy and I’ve been running this business for two years. Our goal has always been to provide an exceptional service to all the local homes and businesses in Westford and the surrounding towns. We pride ourselves on giving not only quality but also fair prices to our customers. It has been a pleasure working with people in the area and I am incredibly thankful for those who have supported my small business. Yes, Johnson Elite Window Cleaning is fully insured. That protects both us and you from any liability in the unlikely event that damage or injury occurs during the job. Proof of insurance can be shown upon request and will be added in your invoice.

For our residential clients., we typically service their windows every 3-6 months ensuring they look crystal clear all year round. Storefronts and offices may get them done as frequently as once to twice per month.

All of the products we use to clean windows are carefully chosen to be completely safe and risk-free for the glass. We use a gentle detergent and apply it with a soft applicator brush. We then remove the water using squeegees specifically designed to glide along the surface of the glass. Finally when drying and wiping down, we use microfiber towels which have no risk of scratching the window. For detailing, we may sometimes need to use an abrasive or scraper on the glass to remove stubborn debris. In that event, we will always communicate with you beforehand to ensure you are comfortable with us using said tools.
